This is a gorgeous black silk cocktail dress by Geoffrey Beene, from 1990. It has white lace detail on the sleeve and the hem line, an elastic waist, and a 16" length sleeve. The belt (not pictured) is made of a gingham check black and white silk, highlighted by green satin ribbon and looped white silk trim.
